Kim Jong Un Has Photo Session with Contributors to H-bomb Test

According to the North Korean News Agency “Marshal Kim Jong Un invited nuclear scientists, technicians, soldier-builders, workers and officials who contributed to succeeding in the first H-bomb test of Juche Korea to the building of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) and had a photo session with them.

When he appeared in front of the building of the WPK Central Committee, all the participants enthusiastically welcomed him.

He extended warm greetings to the participants, waving back to them with a bright smile on his face.

He highly appreciated nuclear scientists, technicians, soldier-builders, workers and officials for having glorified the immortal exploits performed by President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il in developing the Juche-oriented national defense industry by succeeding in the first H-bomb test of Juche Korea, and brought about a great event to be specially recorded in the national history spanning 5 000 years.

He had a photo session with the participants, expressing expectation and conviction that they will make uninterrupted advance and innovation with the same vim and vigor with which they succeeded in the H-bomb test on the principle of giving priority to self-development and thus achieve greater successes in the scientific researches for bolstering up the nuclear deterrent for self-defense.”

He was accompanied by Ri Man Gon KWP Secretary of the Pyongan North Province, Ri Pyong Chol, former commanding officer of the Korean People’s Army’s Air Force and Pak To Chun, former director of the Second Economic Committee.
